[GCC-XML]Re-write prototype in CVS

Hey Guys,

I have also been looking into the synopsis project and the openc++ project.

The openc++ uses a walker c++ class to get the data it needs, 
the implements a walker and transfers the data via memory into python.

An intermediate layer would eventually slow things down for them.

I talked to the openc++ crew about creating an xml interface, 
it could be implemented as a walker class on top of openc++.

The tree and AST structure of openc++ are not the same as gcc, but for the
data that brad is outputting,
it would be possible.
