[GCC-XML]Announcement: MSVC 7 Now Supported

Hello, all:

The CVS version of GCC-XML is now capable of simulating MS Visual C++ 7
while parsing source files on windows.  Use "gccxml --help" or refer to
the web page at http://www.gccxml.org/HTML/Running.html for instructions.

The documentation on running GCC-XML with its command-line options has
been significantly improved.  The executable now generates its own
documentaiton in plain-text, UNIX man, and HTML formats.  Comments are
invited.  Unfortunately, I've not yet been able to document the actual
generated XML format.
