[GCC-XML]Perl -- XML ??

Hi I am finishing up a little perl storage and html tool, which is
actually pretty complex.

It would be neat (and simple) to output the structure into XML and
format it with CSS.

I could probably use some generalized perl advice in terms of future
guidance.

I am getting an advance copy of commercial metadot which I cam going to
use to support my component (favorite) technologies.  This would
certainly help if I choose to support it as a contractor.
