[GCC-XML] merging a patch

I know this is a complete non-sequitur (from a lurker) but ...

gcc-xml seems like a slam-dunk totally useful (perhaps critical)
piece of infrastructure for creating higher quality C++.

Why doesn't this (or something like it) already exist with
every part of the C++ behemoth supported for "self" (reflexive)
analysis.
